![]() 'Sorry, you're out of luck.' Everyone has a long story and to permit re-use of activation codes for any reason other than 'I've purchased it and have lost access to my account which no one other than myself has ever made contact with' would enable piracy. The EA representative will tell the person that they must purchase a new product key since there is no possibility of validating the person'cs claim to anything which was activated with the other account. There is no simple solution to this problem. The only way I see to correct this w/o creating a war is to just give a new product number and that is up to the discretion of the EA customer service rep. So I bought a physical copy of Get To Work way back when it was released, but I didn't have my own copy of the Sims 4 at the time.
